“ Wow, what a hidden gem for tourists but definitely a known place to the locals! Whenever traveling, always try to look for a restaurant that the locals go to all the time. Because that is when you will find something delicious. Our breakfast this morning was absolutely wonderful. The omelettes were cooked to perfection and my son loved his biscuits with gravy. You can also request biscuits instead of toast for a tiny upgrade charge. Highly recommend this one!! ”
“ This is a great little breakfast spot with a hometown feel! The food was delicious, portions generous and wait staff friendly. The atmosphere was friendly and warm but the actual decor and furniture certainly showed their age. It’s the kind of place my husband loves with old banquet style chairs that are cracking and county crock style wallpaper boarder peeling around the walls. It was the perfect spot for us! Just don’t expect cutesy decor or elegant charm. ”

We have only tried their breakfast and it is some of the best food we have had. It is worth the 0.50 to add onions to the home fries. Eggs are always cooked to order. I like mine over-medium and my husband over-light. He had the French toast which he said was perfect. And I tried a German Pancake with Cinnamon Vanilla goodness. The pancake was very tasty. I ate the whole thing before trying anything else on my plate. I highly recommend their German pancake as an appetizer to share to see how good it is. I can not wait to go back and get an order of them. They set a high bar for how a German pancake should taste: We have had the same server we have been there and she is friendly and in top of things.
